What's the time frame of your strategy and consultation services?

We will work with you and your brand for 3 months working as a strategic force behind your content and helping guide you through the process of growing your online brand. You can continue having us on retainer after that time if you desire, however our goal is to get you in a place where you are so competent in creating content that you no longer need us, but can flourish in growing your brand on your own.

Our commitment to you is that if you don't see results within the first 90 days of working with us, we will continue working with you for FREE until we get you the results we promise.

What's your refund policy on your course?

We have a 30-day refund policy. If you don't see any change or impact in the performance of your content after applying the formulas and strategies we teach within 30 days, we will give you your money back. No questions asked!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tips for your barber are appreciated and traditionally given in cash. Please note we do not accept personal checks. You may also purchase haircut discount packages on our website.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask customers who have booked appointments online or by phone to notify us of cancellations no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. No-shows or last minute cancellations take away spots from other clients. If you miss or cancel without notice on more than 2 appointments, we will require prepayment for future bookings.
